Introversion 3.0: Lost in emotion

As I’m sure is the case with many of you, I’ve been overcome with emotion since the news of George Floyd’s murder. I haven’t been as “vocal” on social media about it as a lot of my peers, but that’s not to say it hasn’t deeply affected me. These sorts of tragic events impact us in different ways… and however we each deal with our anger, rage, frustration, sadness… there is no “right” or “wrong” in terms of feeling how you naturally feel. But let’s stop for a moment and think about what we do with our emotions (not just in the wake of George Floyd’s murder, but always)… how we channel them — healthily or unhealthily, constructively or destructively, both inwardly and outwardly in society.
